review: This was an amazing transaction. Partway through making my order, I realized that Vickerey is located close to where I live. So I found the address, and drove over to introduce myself and find out if I could order there directly. I was told that I should go ahead and place the order online, but to put "on-call" in the final message block. I did so and picked up my order at their office the next morning. Amazing! Everyone at Vickerey was friendly, helpful, and sincerely interested in their business and customers. Their web site is both beautiiful and easy to navigate. The ordering process and feedback was flawless. I bought several items of stationery, but the important thing was that Vickerey carries Savon de Marseille liquid soap, a French product that's becoming very difficult to find. Vickerey's price was very competitive and they even offered a quantity discount. While visiting the office, I was also able to look at several samples of their clothing which is both good-looking and very well made. I recommend Vickerey without reservation.

review: My only reason for not rating them "excellent" is that I don't hear from them at all in between my purchases, by email or any other means. And there are no rewards for being a loyal customer, which I am. No special sales or discounts, or even a note just saying "thank you for your order." Seems there is no customer relationship management program. And in this economy, anyone not looking out for their customers won't be around long.

Because I was shopping at the last minute before Christmas the merchant took my order from their warehouse to their store in Boulder so I could pick it up. After Christmas when I needed to exchange my purchase for smaller sizes they took what I need, again, from the warehouse to the store. Their customer service was extraordinary. review: I only had one issue with my recent Vickery purchase. Hours (literally ... maybe 4 hours or so) after I completed my purchase and spent 13 dollars or so (I dont recall the exact amount) for express shipping, Vickery sent an email offering free express shipping. My order had not even been processed, yet they would not waive the shipping because I pressed submit prior to the offer. I wanted the products in time for the Holidays to share with my workmates, so I chose not to just cancel. So, while my previous expereinces had been exceptional, I probably will not be returning for that reason. No real indictment on their business practices; they did not do anything necessarily amoral or unethical, and they are certainly entitled to make this sort of business judgement. It just left a bad taste in my mouth, and not being a wealthy person that tiny bit of money would actually have meant something to me.

Since I am adamently opposed to any store that uses UPS shipping (due to their poor customer service and non-delivery issues) - the USPS inexpensive but extremely fast shipping by Vickerey pleased me more than you will ever know! review: i loved their website. aesthetically pleasing and welcoming. I had done an internet search for the product I purchased which lead me to Vickerey.com. They had the item (in stock) while at a slight discount of price and the shipping costs were about the same as others. What distinguishes Vickerey from the other sites I buy yoga clothes from is their presentation. The website was inviting and so I even browsed to possibly purchase other things from them. I like the ease of how I was able to navigate through the website and the colors/ photographs used in the design of it. The yoga clothes came wrapped in a nice Vickerey logo plastic bag with sticker on the fold to close it. Inside was a copy of the receipt with the clothes. Nice touch! And, Vickerey shipped my products in a nice cardboard priority box. The items seem to come within two days from order time. I was amazed. (Just to contrast, I live in Santa Monica, CA and also ordered some yoga clothes from an online store in California at the same time. I thought I would receive the clothes in the mail around the same delivery day. Wrong. The store in California (vs. Vickerey in Boulder, CO) took about 7 business days longer. I wont order from that other company again; I was also disappointed in how the items were packaged and shipped.) I had a wonderful, repeat WONDERFUL experience with Vickerey.com and would purchase from them again without hesitation. I wish all retail stores were so pleasant, professional and pleasing as Vickerey.

review: Vickerey is the best online merchant Ive ever done business with! This was my first time to buy from them, since Id never heard of them until I went looking for a place to purchase a fairly hard-to-find brand of yoga clothing (Verve). Not only did they have what I was looking for (and at a totally reasonable price), but the shipping charges were completely fair (so I didnt feel like someone was punishing me for their efforts to serve me in filling my order). My order arrived EXTREMELY quickly, the packaging was attractive and gave me a feeling that the company really cared about my happiness with my order. As it turned out, I needed to send back one of the three items to exchange for another size. The directions for return were clear and offered great options for getting an exchange item quickly. The girl I spoke to on the phone regarding the exchange was totally friendly and helpful, even though they ultimately didnt have the size of the item I was looking for or anything I wanted to swap for at that time. When I mailed my item back, Vickerey responded quickly with an email that they had received my return and had credited my Mastercard with the cost of the item. I really appreciated this business, and Ill definitely return to them again for my online yoga purchases! THANKS!!! review: Vickerey was very conscientous following up with me regarding my order when Denver was in the midst of a blizzard. A customer sales rep called me to let me know my order would not arrive by Christmas as Id requested, because the airport was closed, but that they would send it out as soon as possible. Another customer service rep called the next day to tell me when I would receive the package. Both people I spoke with were very pleasant and apologetic. I think they handled the difficult situation very well.
