We want you to be 100% happy with everything you order at Vickerey and stand behind our products and service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly credit or refund your new and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. For your convenience, we make the return process super easy.
We make it super easy. Simply send the item back to us within 30 days of delivery. Simply include your return address and order # on the outside of your return package. Our return form is optional, as we do not like to fill out forms like many of our customers (but we have one if you like forms!). We'll gladly refund the original payment method, less original shipping (gifts can receive store credit). Please note: naturally, Final Sale items and merchandise not in original condition are not returnable. Questions and feedback are always welcome - just email, call, or include a note in your return - we're here to help.
A. Ensure the item is in new, unused, and fabulous condition, tags attached where applicable.
B. Pack it up carefully - you can even reuse the original shipping materials if you'd like, no need to include your packing slip.
C. Send it to us within 30 days of delivery.
Send your return using the delivery service of your choice. Be sure to include your name, return address, and order # on the outside.
We suggest sending your return package so that it's trackable & insured, but that's your choice.

If you need a different size of a clothing item, we will ship the new size with Free Shipping. Simply include exchange instructions (exchange form) with your return and we'll set up the exchange order for you. If you prefer, email or call us at 800-963-1050 to set up the exchange.
No wondering, we'll send you an e-mail when your refund is complete - it's fast, generally 1 to 4 business days after we receive your return.
Once you ship your return, you should expect approximately 3 to 5 days for your return to be completed. On average, returns are processed with 1 to 2 days from the receipt of your package.
We'll send an email to you upon completion of the credit. In order to ensure receipt of this email, please make sure you turn off your spam filter for email@example.com. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and emailed to your specified email address.
How quickly the credit appears on your statement depends on your credit/debit card company. While credits are posted the same day the credit is processed by us, it may take 1 to 2 business days for your bank to show the credit posted on your account. Of course, we're here to help if you have any questions or need any assistance.
If you used PayPal to place your order, then any return will be returned to your PayPal account. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirming the credit to your PayPal account, and you should be able to see this reflected online when you login into your PayPal account.
