Ordering and Payment

To ensure your financial security, all payments are processed through PayPal. This allows us to accept multiple forms of payment without ever seeing or storing your sensitive card details.

Payment Options at Checkout

In the payment section of your checkout, you will see a stack of buttons powered by the secure PayPal engine. Choose the option that is most convenient for you:

  • PayPal Checkout (Yellow Button): Select this to log in to your account and pay using your saved balance, linked credit cards, and/or bank accounts.
  • PayPal Credit (Dark Blue Button): Select this to access financing and "Pay in 4" installment options.
  • Card Icons (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover): Clicking any of these individual card icons will open a secure guest checkout dialog. This allows you to enter your card information, billing address, and shipping details

Note on Charges: Your card is authorized but not actually charged at the moment of checkout; we only process the final transaction once your order is prepared and ready to ship.

All items are in-stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted on the product page. We are committed to making sure that when you order an item it is in stock. That is why every product page lists the stock status.

Notify Me

If an item is out of stock, we can automatically notify you as soon as the item is back in stock. Look for the "Out of Stock" button or "notify me" link and simply provide us with an email address. It is simple and works!

Back Orders

We strive to maintain appropriate inventory levels for all in-stock items and indicate current availability on Vickerey.com. On rare occasions, due to extremely popular demand, an item sells-out faster than it can be reflected on the site. As we carefully monitor inventory we are able to quickly re-stock.

If an item is back ordered, you will not be charged for a back ordered item until it is shipped and no additional shipping charges will be incurred. We will send an email when the back-ordered item ships. If you wish to cancel a back-ordered item, you may do so at any time before the item ships.

Sales Tax Information

No Sales Tax (Outside Massachusetts)

Sales tax is only collected on orders sent to destinations within the beautiful state of Massachusetts. So, if you are not shipping to a Massachusetts address, we do not collect sales tax!

Massachusetts Residents

For shipments to Massachusetts, in compliance with state law, we collect sales tax. (We cannot complain, we get to live in beautiful Massachusetts!)

Note that for orders that contain apparel, the Sales Tax may be less than the amount shown at checkout. When your order is approved you will receive an order confirmation that shows the final calculated Sales Tax amount.
