How to pay
Your payment is handled securely by PayPal. At checkout you'll see a short stack of secure payment buttons. Pick whichever suits you:
When you're charged: your payment is authorized at checkout, but the charge only goes through when your order is packed and ready to ship.
Safe and secure
We never receive or store your card number or security code - PayPal handles every payment. Checkout pages are encrypted (look for https and the lock in your browser), and your name, address and email are kept in a secure environment.
In stock, out of stock and back orders
In stock: everything is in stock and ready to ship unless the product page says otherwise.
Notify me: if a size or color is sold out, use the "notify me" link on the product page and we'll email you the moment it's back.
Back orders: once in a while an item sells out before the site catches up. If that happens:
- you won't be charged for the back-ordered item until it ships,
- there's no extra shipping charge,
- we'll email you when it ships,
- and you can cancel it any time before it ships.
Need to change your order?
Our team starts on your order as soon as it's placed. If it hasn't shipped yet, email hello@vickerey.com and we'll gladly make changes. Already on its way? No worries - you can always return it. See Return Info.
When we may cancel an order
We may cancel an order if:
- the payment can't be completed through PayPal,
- the shipping address isn't complete or valid, or is in an area our carriers don't serve,
- an item is unavailable and we can't reach you to sort out the best option,
- or we can't reach you because the contact details aren't valid.
Sales tax
We only collect sales tax on orders shipped to Massachusetts. Shipping anywhere else? No sales tax.
The sales tax shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged.
