What we collect and why

When you order, we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email and phone number. We use them to process and ship your order and to send your order confirmation and shipment email (with tracking).

If you ask us to tell you when a sold-out item is back ("notify me"), we use your email to let you know.

Payments

Your payment is handled securely by PayPal. We never receive or store your card number or security code.

Email from us

If you order or sign up, you may receive the Vickerey newsletter with new arrivals, sales and stories. It's optional. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email to opt out at any time. We never share, sell or trade your email address.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores for a website. Our store, which runs on the Turbify platform, uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart and checkout. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.

Site analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site - for example, which pages are popular - so we can improve it. Google may set its own cookies for this.

Customer information is kept in a secure environment, and information sent at checkout is encrypted.
