great product for sweaty hands
April 21, 2018
This is great for anyone who has sweaty hands and feet and doesn't want to slide down their mat while doing yoga. You can throw it in a front-loader washing machine with some white vinegar and let it air dry to keep clean. It's great to bring traveling even if all you do is stretch out and take a nap. You can layer it over nasty gym mats if you don't have a thicker mat to put down for more padding. Mine first one disappeared at the gym and I bought the exact same product as a replacement because it's the best I've found!
