Motherpeace Round Tarot Deck by Karen Vogel and Vicki Noble

The Motherpeace Round Tarot is a pioneering deck from the 1970s that celebrates the creative, goddess spirit. The cards are round, 4.5 inches across, symbolic of the female form. They read more like a compass than the fixed upright or reversed meaning of a rectangular card. The images mainly feature women and have handwritten names. In the Minor Arcana, Wands draw on African culture, Discs on Navajo culture and Swords on Greco-Roman imagery, alongside Cups. The deck was created by Karen Vogel, an intuitive, teacher and artist, and Vicki Noble, a feminist healer, author and scholar.
