    Incomplete!!

I have called twice to report that the item I received did not include an address insert that I have received every year. I was told that another insert (that I have received in the past) was the address section. I am disappointed that the only part that I will use is the calendar which will end up costing me $21. I have been purchasing this item for a number of years and this is the first time I was disappointed.
    Merchant Response:
Thanks for taking the time to write a review. For clarification this product does include a detachable address book as the product description states. We also include a product image of the address book (see the 3rd product image above). Most Quo Vadis planners include a detachable address book, sometimes called an insert, and is certainly a great feature of this product (as many customer tell us). We believe that we have confirmed with you that you did receive the address book insert, but understand that it did not meet your expectations. We will look to provide more detailed images and/or description about the address book inserts in the future. Thanks again for contacting us about this. We are glad to field additional questions or feedback.
