I want to love these
October 27, 2017
Along with the Olsen Haus Canvas wedges in a great army green, I picked up these cute ballet flats that I have also been looking at. They are super cute but the lining is plastic except for the heel and there isn't any type of arch support. The arch support I understand - a lot of flats don't, but only a canvas lining in the heel and nowhere else? Ouch! If you have flat feet or plan on wearing socks/tights with these all the time they are perfect. Otherwise, be ready for a bit a pain to break them in.

Olsen Haus Shoes Brand Story

Olsenhaus was founded in 2008 by Elizabeth Olsen, an outspoken advocate against the use of animals for food, clothing, experimentation and entertainment. Her mission was to merge her passion for design, fashion and function with her advocacy for animals, the environment, and transparency in business without sacrificing luxury or style of fashion.

All products are sustainable and purely vegan. A portion of proceeds from Olsenhaus are donated to numerous animal rights organizations throughout the country. Elizabeth is an active supporter - encouraging new retailers to carry her brand, but more importantly, her passionate message. She inspires design students to use sustainable, cruelty/animal free materials in their collections, hoping to motivate and transform the fashion world.
