Easy Returns
We make it super, super easy. Simply send the item back to us within 30 days of delivery. We'll gladly refund the original payment method, less original shipping (gifts can receive store credit). Please note: naturally, Final Sale items and merchandise not in original condition are not returnable. Questions and feedback are always welcome - just email, call, or include a note in your return - we're here to help...
Wrong Size? No Problem!
If you need a different size of an apparel item, just call us at 800-963-1050 for an easy exchange. We'll place a new order for your exchange with Free Standard Shipping and send it immediately. When we receive your return, we'll refund the price of the original item. Alternatively, you can email us or just put a note in your return order and we'll set up the return for you.
Need a pre-paid Easy-Return label?
For the ultimate convenience, you can use our pre-paid Easy Return Label. It saves you time and effort since you simply give the package to your postal carrier at home or work, or drop it at any post office. Use of the label is $5.95 for 1 item, $1 for each additional item. You pay nothing up front - we'll simply deduct the postage fee from the order refund.
